Username: your complete email address ie: tim@example.com
Password: this has been supplied by Lightbox and we can find out what it is if you do not know it.
POP3 server: mail.lightbox.net.nz or mail.your_domain.co.nz
SMTP server: generally you should use your ISP's email sending server. which is normally smtp.your_isp.co.nz (smtp.xtra.co.nz for xtra, smtp.orcon.net.nz for orcon etc) Lightbox provide a sending server for use while out of town etc which works by the way of you have to check for new email messages first before sending one out as it uses this as a form of authentication for ensuring only Lightbox customers can send email and no one else. To use Lightboxes SMTP server just use mail.your_domain.co.nz (or exactly what you have put in as your pop3 server)
To log into your website to make changes etc use either www.your_website.co.nz/edit.html or www.your_website.co.nz/?dologin
